Glossary
The vocabulary of enterprise superintelligence, without jargon.
- AAgentic automation
- Using superintelligence agents that decide and execute process steps with business context, instead of following a fixed script.
- SSuperinteligencia agent
- A system that interprets a request, reasons with business context and takes actions in other systems, not just answering questions.
- AAutonomy levels
- A scale defining how much an agent can act without human intervention: assists, recommends, executes with approval, executes and reports.
- BBaseline
- A measurement of a process's performance before intervening. It is the reference used to prove improvement.
- BBuild vs. buy
- The decision between building custom software or adopting an existing product, based on differentiation, total cost and control.
- EEscalation
- Handing a case from the agent to a person when it exceeds its confidence or autonomy level, with full context.
- HHallucination
- A model output that sounds right but is not supported by data. Mitigated with verified sources and validations.
- HHuman in the loop
- A design where a person reviews, approves or corrects the system's decisions at defined points in the workflow.
- LLLM
- Large language model, trained on large volumes of text to understand and generate natural language.
- OOrchestration
- Coordinating multiple agents, integrations and people to complete a process end to end.
- RRAG
- Retrieval-augmented generation: the model looks up company documents or data before answering, so it relies on your own information.
- RRevOps
- Revenue Operations: aligning marketing, sales and service around shared revenue data, processes and metrics.
- RRPA
- Robotic process automation: software robots that repeat fixed steps on interfaces, useful for systems without integration.
- SSingle source of truth
- Customer and operational data unified and accessible to the whole team, with no contradictions between tools.
- TTraceability
- A complete record of a system's inputs, decisions and actions, making every result auditable and explainable.
